About me
I do truth. With you.
Coach, CEO, father, warrior of truth. Ruthless, provocative, sincere, devoted. And human, so totally fallible.

The story
I had everything. I felt nothing.
A long time ago I climbed up to be a sales director in an international company. The money, the apartment with the pool, the convertible, the beaches. Everything was at my feet, except one thing: I couldn't feel a thing.
I was living out a reputation I'd built on lies. Facing my truth meant destroying that image, bit by bit. Cutting out every action, behaviour and move that wasn't me. I had to transform from the man I thought I had to be into the man I actually am.
Now I know: nothing beats the truth. Except my heart.

Today
Coach. CEO. Father.
I'm the father of two teenagers, as well as CEO and one of the founders of Temple Village, a land-based community being built in Bali, leading investors and a team, and supporting the manifestation of the creative vision of the other founders, Amanda Biccum and Arja Hendrikx. Alongside it I coach founders, leaders, couples and men one to one, and lead Rites of Passage, which I founded. I also support the vision of Temple of Radiance.

I lead what I coach
Temple Village is a private residential village taking shape on 2.8 hectares of jungle in Pejeng, four kilometres from Ubud, between two rivers and beside an ancient water temple. Homes, two shalas for practice and ceremony, a community hub and a riverside spa, for people who want to live the work every day.
Within Temple Village sits Temple of Radiance, the leadership and tantra brand behind more than 350 events and 15,000 participants across 16 countries. As CEO and one of its founders, alongside Amanda Biccum and Arja Hendrikx, I’m building it with investors, a team, a development partner and real deadlines.
Building it is polarity in practice. The vision, the beauty and the longing for how we want to live come from the feminine, and I honour that creative force, just as much as the masculine structure that builds its foundations for manifestation. The masculine brings it down into matter: land, permits, budgets, foundations and walls. Lead with only one and a project either never leaves the dream or loses its soul. I lead with both, every day.
So when I coach a founder through pressure, I’m speaking from the middle of it.

The best education
A PhD in truth
I used to believe I couldn't coach anyone without the official qualifications, so I went and got them. But the real education came from life itself, and it's still teaching me. It can be very messy. Underneath every untruth is the already complete version of us.
I don't do therapy. I don't do coaching. I don't do spirituality. I do truth.Steve Shiva
